Microsoft Office (Level I) Skills for increasing proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 4 - 7 hours per program
 
Principles of Accounting, Introduction to Business Basic Accounting and business functions 3 credit hours each
 
Selling Through Stellar Service Cross-selling and upselling for people who don't really feel they are salespeople. 12 hour offered in 4 hour blocks
 

Supervisors/Team Leaders

Leadership and Communication Skills for Supervisors Leadership for Teams, Personality Differences, Communication, Decision Making, Conflict Management. 24 hours in six 4 hour blocks.
 
Advanced Computer Skills Advanced levels of Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint 4 - 7 hours per program
 
Lean for Service Operational Improvement through waste reduction and efficiency One Day
 
Supervisory Management Certificate Business Basics, HR Functions, Supervisory Management, Computer Skills, Personal and Organizational Leadership 8 three credit hour courses

National Career Readiness Certificate Pre-hire assessment in reading, math and locating information 3 hours

Junior Achievement Program Teaches high school students basic budgeting, credit, financial choices, fraud identify theft, insurance, investment, pay yourself first, saving, setting goals, spending Five, one hours long sessions
